Why isn't these post followed up? I can't see that the are being approved and made visible?

Are you referring to the marketplace itself, or in support topics?

The post in question was posted as a file 'review' / 'comment' hence it not being approved.

You need to use the dedicated support topic for each file as a first step for assistance as the author is best placed to help you as explained here. :smile:
