Sometimes my tickets get answered within minutes!!! They go easy on Tech Dumb people like me :) Thanks Larry for all your help, you guys rule. MathewC Posted April 26, 2013 Share Posted April 26, 2013 Have to admit I had a pretty annoying error in the ip.nexus which actually ended up begin a Tier 3 issue (I think?) and for me to check my emails to find they have applied a patch already on my forums for me was amazing! Robert Angle Posted April 26, 2013 Share Posted April 26, 2013 Thumbs up to IPS Support! I am a newbie and had a couple issues from a 3rd party conversion. IPS just goes in, fixes the issue, and tells me what caused it. And the next time something similar happened I was able to address it myself even faster.
