Emissaries
Problem was resolved via a special program written by Ryan (in response to a ticket). Thank you Ryan. So, how do I get it removed?
sunrisecc
As soon as Ryan gives me permission, I will post the program and caution.

Marcher Technologies
Please submit a ticket and our techs can remove these for you. *really*? I just made a hook and exported the settings group, 'installed' and removed it and it nuked? *edited* I like the kb solution better anyway, doesn't off legit installs of the hook's settings. File removed.

Marcher Technologies
Not everyone is as savvy as you, Marcher. I meant flooding support for a KB matter, not that the user should have to actually make the hook. :P
Adriano Faria
Please submit a ticket and our techs can remove these for you. It is there because someone from IPS made something that shouldn't... now everyone out there who installed 3.4.4 needs to submit a ticket ?!? >_< C'mon, let's be reasonable here... post a KB and we're done! I really think it's unnecessary!
Dmacleo
curious, did the people who saw this use the auto upgrader?
Ryan Ashbrook
Jeez, who knew simply saying "submit a ticket" would cause such a fuss. https://www.invisionpower.com/support/kb/_/random-topics-settings-r44

Hey, I'm not complaining. :P We just haven't seen much of it in tickets, is all, which is what we use to gauge when a KB Article is posted. :)
Dmacleo
No. I downloaded the zip which is now updated/corrected. I must have grabbed it at right time then, lucky I guess :)
Emissaries
I did also upgrade my board manually, it was right before I created this topic. The KB article worked perfect, and removed the settings :)
