Can not attach files with Adobe Flash 10.x

In the WnSoft Forum that uses IP.Board 3.1.4, when I have Adobe Flash 10.x installed (Win7), the Attach Files icon is not active and I can not attach any files. I don't want to update to the latest version of Flash because it seems to be having problems with Firefox. With Flash 10.x, sometimes the pop-up window to activate Adobe Flash comes up but mostly it does not and I can not attach a file to a posting. Is this a bug or is there something I can do to fix this problem?

Hello, 3.1.4 version is end of life and un supported, I would suggest contacting the site's administrators and having them upgrade the site to a supported version.
