Upgraded to IPB 3.4.3 yesterday and after 24 hours the upgrade has been pain free with none of my members reportings any problems.

It was a different story with 3.4.1 where I was plagued by problems with members not being able to post and formatting issues.

I'll chip in say the new auto upgrader makes upgrading really fast. No more waiting for an hour for the files to upload by ftp. I was upgraded in about 10 minutes from start to finish.

Yeah I second that, the auto-upgrader makes upgrading really fast.
