Hi,It is a little history So that we can choose what topics are hot and add those to the list. Maybe I'll create new hook for this You have a topic and you want that it was displayed in sidebar. For this purpose you come into this topic and you click the button Add (Add topic into sidebar). Then the topic will be displayed in sidebar.
