Rubicon Posted February 7, 2013 Posted February 7, 2013 My support ticket was moved over to the "Tier II Support" today, what is Tier II Support? My ticket has been "in progress" the last 4 or 5 hours. I hope they can solve this. Im having serious problems upgrading my forum :-(

Rubicon Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Ok, I was just curious :-) I originally converted from phpbb, long time ago. After that IPS has handled my upgrades. My board is "clean", no 3rd party mods :-) Thanks again for your hard work!
