My support ticket was moved over to the "Tier II Support" today, what is Tier II Support? My ticket has been "in progress" the last 4 or 5 hours. I hope they can solve this.
Im having serious problems upgrading my forum :-(
Tier II is the advanced support department. I'm looking into your issue, however it's a bit tricky to handle.

I originally converted from phpbb, long time ago. After that IPS has handled my upgrades. My board is "clean", no 3rd party mods :-)
