Apache 2.4 and IP.Board

Has anyone run IPB on Apache 2.4? Any issues or does it work fine?

I don't have any problems using a vps with apache 2.4 and running a test ipb

I ran it on 2.4.2 and php 5.4 with directadmin and it was great.

waiting on cpanel to hurry up and add it now....
