Add custom fields to the new user default email notifications

The ability to add the custom fields to the admin email notifications created in IPB that a user completes on registration, this should done through the use of tags on the Manage Language pages example.<#CUSTOMFIELD1#>

These fields would be useful for both the user and the admin
