I don't use messenger too often, but when I do it really throws me off whenever I see the original author's name / avatar in the dropdown box at the top. I feel this should be the last person the replied to you, not the original author.

For example, in this image you'll see that it looks like I was the last to reply to this message based on the dropdown:

But in actuality, .josh was:

I would suggest changing it so the last person to reply to the message thread shows up in the dropdown.

Couldn't agree more!!! I'd love to see this changed one day....

Any message that comes into the owner's inbox, the person clearly knows they are apart of the discussion...showing their own avatar is not valuable IMHO...but showing the avatar of the person who sent the last message definitely is. :)

Plus if you have multiple conversations going, you can't tell which is from who, forcing you to go into your inbox.

The attached pic shows what I mean. Each one is from a different person... Can you tell who? :rofl:

Might be worth submitting a bug report so we can get that fixed. :)
