This template pulls recent blog content and creates a news feed

Skin & SEO friendly
Support all block settings

How to install
log in to admin cp -> content -> block templates -> import

How to use
edit or create a blog block -> step 5 template -> template gallery -> select the one you just imported

How to upgrade
Delete your IPB import the newer one, it will automatically replace old one (99% sure)

and BTW, don't ask question on the file page, use the support topic (BECAUSE I CANNOT COMMENT ON MY OWN FILE) ah, sorry for shouting.. すみませんでした(ヽ´ω`)

If you don't use furl in your board, then download the one without furl

Uh oh - huge issue!!!! The "badge" which has the link to blog in the feed and not to a particular entry, messes up the blog url, or .. it points to a shortened url that some of us don't have so at any rate, the feed on my board points to a 404 error page.

Here is the format of the url:

http://www.domain.com/forum/blog/1-the-surfing-blog-secret/

For our board, it needs to point to the longer url. Any ideas what to do?

uh... good question, i forgot some might not use furl

i had to manually build the blog url bcuz ip.content doesn't supply $record data for blog url in template

since i don't have an active license atm i can't put up a support ticket (planning to renew at some point but i dont know when)

so either you have to wait or you can file a ticket for me, just link them this post

added support for people don't use furl

you can download the package without furl from download page
