MTA
I was very impressed withe the Auto Upgrader when I updated my board to 3.4.1 but the button has disappeared from my client area this time. Is it supposed to be there because the instructions in the post re Content and Chat indicate that is is "easy" to click the button? Well it would be if it was there LOL
Aiwa
I don't see it either... hmmmm.... Maybe I don't see it because I'm self hosted.... Dunno... It's 'supposed' to be in the purchases tab... Click on the package you want to upgrade...
Martin A.
Not seeing it either. It's been there before. Probably some problems, maintenance, or something.
Management Lindy Posted December 18, 2012 Management Share Posted December 18, 2012 It will return Wednesday or Thursday. Trying to iron out a few kinks. :)
MTA
It will return Wednesday or Thursday. Trying to iron out a few kinks. The button is back but IP.Chat isn't one of the offered choices. Do I have to open a ticket to upgrade that? I was trying to not bother Tech Support. Mark
IP.Chat should be showing - make sure it's active under the "Manage Community" tab :)
tAPir
I don't know whether it's"active" or not: It's irrelevant any way because when I clicked the auto upgrade and set the two options I was allowed to upgrade I got: There was a technical error. Please contact technical support for further assistance. (003) So, it looks as if I'll have to bother tech support which is what I was trying to avoid :)
Aiwa
If you have a hosted community, they are all active... It's included with the monthly cost.

Aiwa
How do I do that please? I bought a +40 account which has chat included. hmmm.... My screenshot is from all self hosted... Not an IPS hosted... Looks like there may be bug related to hosted accounts and IP.Chat upgrades.. I know you're trying not to bug them, but you might submit a ticket and let them know about it... You're paying for support, though... So you're not bugging them. :-P
