Change user info panel to Horizontal

1st off, I know I posted a ticket on this before, but I found out some big information on how to do it. Here is a link to the site: http://invisionmoddi...-to-horizontal/ (Scroll down to post "#7" to see the code)

Now in that post it shows two codes that you need to change the format. But I don't really get it. If there was a way you guys could add a setting that could do this in future updates in IP Board. Because not all of us are great with "CSS" and "HTML"

In my opinion This feature would look great on IPB, giving us Community administrators more easier ways to make our forum better.
