Extend ignoring to comments

If I put someone on my ignore list its because I don't want to see their posts because I dislike what they have to say. Unfortunately I can still see these people's thoughts in blog comments, status updates, etc. If a person doesn't want to see content from someone then it should be blocked universally. That includes old pms that person may have sent. Vbulletin does a good job of implementing the ignore system.

They're on the ignore list for a reason, as such they should be ignored everywhere.
