As per title it would be extremely useful to have a list of the loaded hooks on the page together with all the other details when the debug level is set to 2/3.

Also this list should have a section for each type of hook should which show if the hook loading was successful or failed. This would help track faster when a hook is being loaded but not executed because of some kind of error (for example it happens often that skin overloader are loaded but never executed because of a starting <?php tag, or class are not extended because there is a typo in the classname, etc).

Yes please...... would help a lot with skin overloaders that are misbehaving too.
