Group Demotion

There is currently a way to promote users to a member group based on the number of approved posts or days since joining, but there should also be a way to demote users to a member group based on various factors.

Examples of factors:

(1) number of days since last log-in
In the case of moderators, it may be helpful to automatically demote those who haven't logged in in a long time (e.g. 6 months).

(2) number of deleted posts
If a user in, say, a 'New User' group submits a given number of mod-queued posts that are deleted, they could automatically be sent to a 'Banned' or otherwise 'Restricted' group.

Now for ips 4.0 i think to find a promotion demotion filter by app installed .... exemple i install only core app i display only (1) from your list con.
It is not easy to figurate as staff develop this settings for me!
