When issuing a warning to a member for any reason, we can not edit and delete/remove only one warning, when user have more.

You mean being able to pick and choose which warnings to remove without removing others as well?

That could backfire. What if a mod or admin is buddy buddy with someone and chooses to 'tidy up' someones warning history by trimming out a few "long since forgotten" warnings? So if it's added, should be restricted and logged. (Not saying I'm against it, just should have security attached to track potential abuse by otherwise trusted staff.)
