Hi,


thanks for your questions. Here are the answeres:


1. The Responsive one can always fit with best width and height in the surrounding container. It will resize itself in case visitor resize the browser, and also can used for different devices (mobile, pad, pc etc..) and will fit with its best dimensions.


2. The Ken Burner Slider are always rotating, other side it would just stop at the end of the ken burns effect, and this would not be really nice.


3. you can use only left/right/top and bottom captions. They are not flexible because of the responsive attitude.


4. You can use png any art of course.


5. You can use any size, but if you use huge dimensions, you can have maybe some performance issues on older CPU ’S


6. Right now you can only use youtube and vimeo player in the WP version. In the Simple jQuery plugin you can add your own iframes, so you even can use other players as you wish.

Thanks for the update!

I would like to integrate the chat better. I want the background of the chat to match the background of the board. Also the chat is extra wide, can I get it smaller or scalable like the default IPB?

Also for the logo image. I did what you stated above and it worked. I want to decrease the padding on top. In ipb_styles.css under

#logo a {

I adjusted the top: to the desired pixels.

Is this the correct way of doing this?

As for the members profile that is signed in through twitter, here is the link: http://forum.lifters.../user/3-bmoney/

This only happens when the theme is set to 1000px width. It does not happen when you use a percentage for the width.

And when I have the social icons hook enabled the search bar disappears.

hello ,

1: I have my own player which could use slider image preview so can i put it entierly in this "box" in full size, instead of what you did ?
you need to skin your player to fit skin

2: Can i make this template use full browser (i means i want forum in full size without marge top left right down everywhere) ?
do you mean full width ? yes you can use skin in 100% width
3: Can i use only full size HD images instead of title in topic box (in your example it would be "NEWS AND UPDATES", "SERVICES")
sorry i did not understand what you mean
4: Can i delete or reprogram the top bar research and the main menu toolbar, to use another one external for all community like google top bar menu for example?
if you have a basic knowledge in html and css you should able to modify the theme

hello ,
we use a custom modified version of themepunch slider , we disabled many settings in this slider to make it faster , and to fit this skin .
if you interest in the complete slider itself you may purchase a copy from the author ,
this skin has the full version included but the support is only for our modified minimal version .

As if you needed any MORE ideas, I managed to come up with something that would probably be easy to implement, and useful for others.

Changing out the "Ask a question" sub header, for a global message sub header in that same div. I attached an example of my failed attempt, but I imagine this could be pretty cool if I could enable HTML and change the color to white. Perhaps the HTML is an issue with the free "global message hook" itself.

Example:

Below I have the green global message hook enabled, as well as my attempt at coping the code into the sub header--close but no cigar yet.

Anyway, perhaps I'll play around with this more later and see if I can get it working. Hope someone else could find it useful as well. I like it because I can stuff my facebook like button in there, and give some news, all while looking nicely integrated and shortening the vertical height of each page.

You do not need to chnge html , you need to change hook point in this hook ,
can you please send link to this hook in invision market ?

yes this is possible ,
you need to change the text to image code
for example
<a class="toggle right" href="#" title="Toggle %s">Toggle %s</a> <a href="mywebsite/index.php?/forum/1-a-test-category/" title="View %s">A Test Category</a>

should be
<a class="toggle right" href="#" title="Toggle %s">Toggle %s</a> <a href="mywebsite/index.php?/forum/1-a-test-category/" title="View %s"><img src='link to image '></a>

When I install I get this error
