On another point one of my members suggested that we provide an option to the users to let the users choose which forums are filtering the topics mode

this can be done , but it need really a lot of work ,
I will add it to todo list .
I started creating a user settings today and hopefully I will expand this to add your request .

as requested ,I started to add some settings to allow your members to change other things in the skin
Slider (on-off)
your member will be able to enable or disable the slider
I created a tab in member settings

what will happen when user disable the slider ?
an alternative sub header will replace the slider , it will be something like this


IP,Content integration :
if you have Ip.content , in the next update you will be able to integrate slider with ip.content articles

dynamic board width changer using percentage, like you have in your nacht skin.

One suggestion would be an option for a lighter version of the skin, that would be great!

EDIT: One from the people that have been trying the new theme. The ability for the theme to scale in width depending on how wide their browser is. The default IPB skin does this for example. If this could be implemented without breaking the slider or other things, that'd be awesome!

there is width tool in the admin setting ,
live width tool : this is quite easy to include but really not recommended .
the width should be choose carefully by an admin to fit images width in slider

Also on the Social Media hook, there are a couple of buttons I don't need. How do I remove them?

it is in the template called sub_header in the global templates , sorry i forget to add this information in the documents .
for social icons it is in the template
maxx_social_media. .

in the next update I will create system settings to edit both templates so you will not need to edit html templates

if the link in social icon setting is empty then the icon will be disabled automatically

I'm having a strange issue. Every single button on the site seems to link to a 404 not found page.

404 Not Found

The requested URL /app=ipchat was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "


When I try and go on " Chat " it links me here for some reason with this theme : http://www.societyba....com/app=ipchat when it should be linking here http://www.societyba...index.php/chat/
Every single page is broken as it uses " App " instead of the other link structure , at least I think that is the cause.

I also cannot seem to change the theme within the website, all the themes are listed yet they are not clickable.
However if I stay in chat in a different theme and change over to the Maxx theme, it takes me to chat and back to home if I wish but from then on I cannot use any other button at all.

On all other modes other than default most images are broken.

it is the setting called
default css class , there is 12 pre defined css class to manage backgrounds , you can change to style3 , style4 , style5 , ......
if you want to edit the css classes you can find them in the ips-skins.css file .
for light version it is finished hopefully tomorow will be uploaded
