Show guest options in fast reply as is done in comments.

I did just notice this. :sweat:
When guest posting is allowed, in forum topics fast reply, there is no indication whatsoever that a captcha is needed(when enabled), or a name given until the user goes to post the response.
It would be nice, that this behaved more like comments, showing the name entry field if the user is a guest, and showing the captcha when that is being filled in if captcha is used here.
