I think IPS changed General Chat and merged the "Client Lounge".

I think it is a time that iswith the lounge client

They removed it when they decided to have the forum focus more on the company and the product.

Well yeah, but that's bad. We can't have any off topic related discussion that isn't about IPB. :(

Oh wow I thought this thread was in the client lounge. This affects what I said..

This is a business site, so we have decided to make the forums here more focused on the business. There are literally thousands of "off topic" forums across the web that you are free to utilize if you want to discuss general topics. Further, you are free to post off-topic discussions in the client lounge if you wish. There's little use in having a general chat forum on a company website in the end, however. :)
