Add sorting options to the Likes tab on user profiles

Currently, the Likes tab on a user's profile page sorts the content that they've liked (or content of theirs that has received likes) by date, showing the most recent content at the top.

It would be useful to get the option to sort the liked content by the number of likes as well, though. There is already a global "most liked content" page, so it would be nice to get similar functionality for a single user's most liked content as well.
