Royal Blue is one of my personal favorites. I has a deep blue background and gold overlay.
This is the 3.3.x version of the Royal Blue skin theme.
This theme is one of my forward scrolling skins with a fixed background.
The 2.3.x - 3.3.x versions have been tested on my own board and a few private boards.

Sorry about that but as I explained somebody chose to spam the demo board using the ID and Password I provided.

You would not allow this on your board so explain to me why should I?
