I haven't heard of ProMenu, but if it's a mod for IPB, then it should absolutely work. I don't see why not.

For adjusting colors, the skin is mostly all single colors and very few images, which allows for east color changes in the CSS. There are also only a small range of actual colors used, so essentially, you can search for the blue you see in the skin, and change every single instance of blue extremely fast since there's only one basic type of blue. Same for the oranges, greens, etc. It was designed to be a very fast editing process.

This is indeed a refreshing skin. Love the simplistic look. It is a bit hard on the eyes though because the contrast between the text and the background is not sufficient. Anyway I am sure I can tweak it to my liking. Almost certain that I will buy it by this weekend.

I have two important queries which I think would be appropriate if I ask on PM.

BTW the question answer challenge at your support forum is pathetic. I tried creating an account at least ten times, that is eight times beyond my patience threshold. But it always tell me that my maths is wrong.

Maybe it was designed to keep prospective clients away.

If you PMed me on here regarding your troubles creating an account, I could have taken care of it for you. It's that easy. All you have to do is ask. :)
But I don't know if sarcastic remarks about intentionally keeping clients away is the most professional thing to say.

It's the folder icon below the user name. When you hover over it, the text will say "view new content." It was a design decision I made since I was putting the quick navigation link into a metro style circle icon below the user's name, and the view new content link is usually next to it, so I felt odd keeping the view new content link as text next to all these circle icons, so I made it an icon as well. It might take some getting used to, but I can assure you that you'll like it better this way, rather than having it in full text floating next to the other icons :) haha.

Thanks for cool skin.)

Feature request:

Integrate user's foto:

That's something I would love to do, however, I was worried about using big metro style fonts for the usernames, and accommodating for anyone who has all caps usernames and/or really long usernames, and that they would go all the way to the right and break the spacing in the orange box. But it's something I'd love to do in future updates, for sure. :)

How easy would it be to add my organizations twitter and facebook links to the footer on every page?

I'm not very good on css / template editing, but I tried to find the sections where I would put them but couldn't figure out it my on.

I'm fine if it would just be a link to the facebook / twitter time line, so just a normal link would be good.

Where in the footer did you want it? Did you want it next to the RSS icon/change theme/help links? Or did you want to add a new area below the existing template? Let me know where you want it, and I can write up a simple code you can paste in.

It would be nice to have it in the footer where the rss icon etc are...maybe after the Help text, so that there would be just 2 links after it, like Facebook (would be a link to our facebook page) and Twitter (which would be link to our twitter url)

In globalTemplate HTML, locate:

<li>

<a href="{parse url="app=core&amp;module=help" base="public"}" title='{$this->lang->words['view_help']}' rel="help" accesskey='6'>{$this->lang->words['sj_help']}</a>

</li>

Directly below that, add:

<li><a href='#'>Twitter</a></li>

<li><a href='#'>Facebook</a></li>

<li><a href='#'>Stuff</a></li>

It *should* automatically inherit styles from the other links and format accordingly. If you want to use images instead of links, use this code instead:

<li><a href='#'><img src='{style_images_url}/twitter.png' /></a></li>

<li><a href='#'><img src='{style_images_url}/facebook.png' /></a></li>

<li><a href='#'><img src='{style_images_url}/stuff.png' /></a></li>

Obviously, replace # with the URL to the link you want, and replace "Twitter" and the other names with whatever you want to call the links. If you choose to use images, be sure to change the twitter.png, etc. file names to the names of the images you use. And be sure to upload those images to the Metro image directory (located at: yourforumurl/public/style_images/metro.
