I'm on day 2 of not receiving any feedback on a support ticket from IP.
It'd be great to hear from someone...
Your support ticket is in our Tier 2 support area as you appear to be experiencing some issues with the converter that will require one of our developers to probably make code-level changes for you. This can unfortunately take a bit longer than a normal support ticket.
