Check for similar posts and suggest before final post

When someone is about to start a thread right before it submits to the database you should have it check if there is already posts similar to the one there about to make based on Topic Titles and/or the body if it's similar.
And then let them have the option to view the posts that contain similar info. Then they would be able to cancel their original post
