Probably since around noon I haven't received any email notification from here.
I checked and yes some replies have been posted after noon to topics I'm subscribed to.

I'm not seeing anything stuck in the mail queue right now.

Make sure you're still subscribed to the topics, there are issues with those being dropped when topics are being fast replied to.

Yesterday since about noon until I went to bed I was getting nothing.

OK, there is something wrong there.
I just realized them I'm getting unsubscribed from topic I've been subscribed to, thus no email notification.
I resubscribe, but next time I check "my" topics I'm unsubcsribed again.

As Michael said, there appears to be a bug in 3.3 that causes what you are describing. I believe it has been reported to the tracker already.

I just went through 6 pages of 3.3 beta tracker and see nothing regarding this issue.

The bug was that the fast reply was removing the like. Now fixed.

I assume in next 3.3 version?

I found myself unsubscribed last night.
As of today the subscription stayed on.
