you could embed a new privacy-function to the userprofiles.

since i converted from vb4 to ipb i miss that (also my users)

could you explain what you mean by a 'privacy-function'?

I think the OP is referring to the vb feature whereby you can restrict certain parts of your profile to friends only / all members (ie no guest viewing) / everyone.

There is nothing (that I am aware of) to do this in IP.Board currently.
