Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted January 10, 201213 yr In ACP->System->Security Center there is a tool "IP.Board ACP .htaccess Protection". When you add the first username and password - it creates a .htaccess and a .htpasswd files in the admin directory But if you want to add a second or third username - it always overwrite the previous usernames! Why don`t you develop a simple tool to add, modify and delete users from a form and also an enable/disable function for this protection. It will be a few lines of code but will be much more powerful compared to the present. Thanks

Why more logins when "IP.Board ACP .htaccess Protection" protects the same place? also an enable/disable function for this protection. Simply rename .htaccess file to something other.
