The ability to suspend a member's posting privileges or ban them from a specific forum would be more comprehensive and enhance the ability of forum moderators for their respective forums (if admin allows them to do so, of course). There is currently no way to suspend a member's posting privileges or ban them from a forum without creating yet another permission mask, and those masks can add up quickly.
