Tab movements in support tickets

it is a small issue , but can save time of submitting support tickets

usually we use tab to move between the entry fields instead of selecting by mouse

After choosing the department General support , when i press tab i move to the message area, and skip the package

it will be better to change that to move to the package combo first then the message

i know it is a small thing, but i think nice to be considered
