Account Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 I am not good enough in English to convince you that it is the best change you can do - but I thought a long time ago about suggest you to change the personal-conversation system to something similar like Facebook did - without message-titles, but only a sequence of conversation for each couple of users. Just try to see what people wrote in the titles, it's nothing more than "Hi", "Hello", "See Please" or "...".
