Bulk Mail Attachemnt

Is there a possibility to add an attachment to the bulk mail within IPB? I'm trying to see if possible add a pdf to the bulk email being sent out. Or is there another app out there that can have that capability?

You could host the file on your server/site and link to it.

The only problem, since majority of users are Armed Forces, the email system used block URLs and is ignored by the user when viewing the email. I might have to use an external mail program, like one I've used in the past. Unless recommended to use a particular one..

Does anyone have a good mail program that has a capability to attach a PDF file and that will work within IPB?

Can a moderator move this topic over to an area where someone can make a recommendation to hopefully add this feature to next update of IPB system?? or if someone can recommend a program that works within IPB to have this feature.
