Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted September 8, 201113 yr Right now, these serve no function other than cluttering up the topic listing. However, if these tags were also searchable (like topic tags), they'd be useful for more than just the single topic for which each one is applied. This tag would also benefit from such functionality, probably more than hot or pinned, for that matter. :) It would also be handy if moderators could click this icon to search for and display additional locked topics in that forum.

September 8, 201113 yr Author Don't seems to get what that would be usefull for. There's currently no way to search topics by status. It would be nice to be able to look over a listing of closed topics and determine if there is a consistent pattern over time... like if George tends to start worthless topics, or derail them to the point that they need closing (say 10 in two weeks, which could be otherwise overlooked on a busier board), it would be easier to determine if we could filter locked topics for review.

Oh, it makes sence now.
