I thought it would be interesting to add where a topic can be refreshed as in it is new to the user when it is updated by the author. It doesn't even have to be new, it could display as some sort of updated icon, to inform users that the topic's main post has been updated.

Also, an option to prevent people from posting more than once in a topic in a row.
