Suggestion: In Need of Improved Filters

I switched over from the perpetual license to the newer license for the spam service and I have been impressed that it is catching the spammers, but there has to be more improved filtering.

First, a suggestion I've seen elsewhere, is the ability to stop the "Banned" group from showing up as the "Newest Member" as part of a release and not modifying the source of the files;

And second, in the Admin CP, there are tabs for Members, Banned, Locked, Spammers, etc. but why must the banned members show up in the "Members" group tab? Can't we have a tab that only shows legitimate members?
