Show Reputation in User Info

Thanks for updating it. Is it possible for people who doesn't know the rep. system to display the rank reached and the word "rep." close to the green string. Briefly: like once.

Since the layout is like the one in the hover card I left it out on purpose but I'll think about that for the next update.

Thanks for the hook [img]

[/img] Is it possible to have it under the custom fields so its right at the bottom.

Thanks again, Jim.

Go in "ACP > System TAB > Application & Modules > Manage Hooks > (TB) Show Reputation in User Info > Edit > Files TAB", from there change the dropdown Position of template hook from "(pre.startif) Before the if statement starts" to "(post.endif) After the if statement ends".

Save the hook and you're done.

Thank you for understanding it. On my forum became a common way to say thanks, but the new users don't know what the green point does it mean.

Is there another style I can have it ? It conflicts with this:

I have posted what they look like the now on the first one and the others are mockups.

You can change the template "Global Templates > tbSruiHook" to change the style but I don't plan on adding a new default style for now.

EDIT: I believe there is also an hook around that adds that online/offline badge on the left of the poster name instead of below the avatar. I remember seeing it around but I don't remember who made it.

I think is this : User Online Status in Topics 1.0.0 by michael, and it looks better by the way.

Any chance you could add a version that shows the user's title associated with the number of likes they have and maybe put "Likes" Above the box so people stop asking me "What is this?" (I.E "Well-Liked) Under the number?

I'll need to think about it, I don't want to add additional queries with this hook and those titles you mention are not available everywhere.

how do u add text in the green bar?

i want it to show Rep: 30

You can add text editing the template "Global Templates -> tbSruiHook".

New version 3.1.0 released:

  • The text "Member Reputation/Likes" now appears as a tooltip for the box
  • The reputation level/image (when available in the data) now appears under the count

If you don't want those 2 new things to appear keep using the old 3.0.0 version (I haven't added any setting to disable them, seemed kinda pointless honestly).

EDIT: Re-edited the file because I forgot to upload the new screenshots :P

Uh oh.. not sure why but I wasn't following anymore this topic and noticed only now the replies.

Did you edit the template for the hook previously? If so you need to revert all the changes using the "Revert" button in the template editor or the new template won't get applied properly.

Hmm I seem to have an small issue with this mod. In topics my forum bot have posted it moves everyones rep 1 down. Meaning the forum bots rep is shown on the 2nd posters userinfopane etc.etc.

I think it might be because I've edited the userinfopane to remove all info except avatar, title, and group for the bot with

<if test="$author['member_id'] == 2">

<else />

Then I have the info shown in there as the bot is of course the only one with the member id of 2 :smile:

If I remove this excluding then it shows the rep in the right order, but I really don't want to show all the other info for the bot as it doesn't have that info. The info is for custom profile fields which I've rearranged my self how I want it displayed..

Do you have any suggestions as to fixing this? I don't want to mess too much on my own with the hook file on a live forum :tongue: Should really get my localhost setup again and do all editing testings there!
