This hook will revert the square photo/avatar thumbs in the topic view to the original photo/avatar size that was first uploaded. The size limits are inherited from the member's user group. To change them, go to the user group that you want to limit and click the global tab and scroll down to the bottom where you'll find a setting that says "Personal Photo Limits". Change this to whatever suits your needs.

I bought this because I really needed it. Although I was really upset when I found this problem...
Notice how the avatars overlap underneath the text, it doesn't expand the profile sidebar panel. If that can't be fixed this hook is no good, but hopefully you'll be able to fix it. Thanks

p.s. if you could make it so it removes the border that would be sick as well.

Just bought this hook and exact same problem, so I've disabled it again... Can it not be made to be exactly like IPB 3.1 was ?

Not at all. Considering IPS has addressed this issue and have re-implemented it for 3.2.1
