No, check the "Supported IPS Software Version" section to see what versions a mod supports. You can find the IPB 3.1.x version here.

Fantastic Mod.

Not sure if this is a bug, but i'd assume it is :x

%topic_link% links to the last post in the topic instead of simply linking to the topic like you'd assume it would.

Any chance of a fix? :x <3

Edit: Nevermind found how to fix it, and the way its there suggests that it's intentional so i'm assuming it's not a bug :P Thanks anyway!

This version should already be compatible. Ignore the version info, haven't updated the file so haven't changed it yet.

What's the format of the link? Same as clicking from the forum view or board index?

If using 3.4.0 please update to 3.4.1 as this fixes bbcode :)

is there any way at all for only allowing specific groups to be able to see when a post is made for certain areas?

I know that it follows permissions based on the Forum permissions and group permissions... But is it possible for only certain groups to see that the post was created when it posts to the shoutbox?

If I'm understanding you correct, that needs to be handled in the shoutbox. All shouts are public as far as I'm aware, unless the shoutbox has some kind of permissions for each message that I'm not aware of.

When will open a new topic everything works well, but when in the chat show topics that come from RSS the url is like this

http://mydomain.com/index.phptopic/ID-BLA BLA BLA name topic/?view=Getlastpost

is a problem of mod

I noticed that nobody is able to delete or edit the topic starter shoutbox message. Is there a way to fix this? I logged in as a test user, as well as admin several times to test.

Have you set shoutbox permissions for delete? This hook won't handle permissions like delete or edit, as it's just posting to the shoutbox database tables.

My apologies should have responded here sooner. I actually got it to work fine. I had not sent myself as a mod for the shoutbox, so it was working off my regular permissions. Once I set myself as a moderator, both the edit and "mod options" appeared and all is good.

i installed the hook and posted a new topic, it not works for me on 3.4.6. The hook is enabled and the Forums wich shall get shown are set up to.

it just wont work.

but it not shows the replies to topics? only new topics get shown for me. Is it able to set a group who can see that links in the shoutbox?

as everyone can click right now on the link in the shoutbox,

if bad content get posted, its so easy to let it see everyone, bevor the staff can remove it.

anyhoo i saw that other forums has modifiet the hook to show also the replies to a topic. i would like to know how to do that.
