View New Content at the bottom of page

Many times I have heard this request and it seems rather logical to me. The request is to put add the View New Content link to the bottom of the page as well as the top.

New users entering the forum use the top VNC and when a regular user have read a topic and is located at the bottom of the page he or she can just click VNC at the bottom of the page instead of jumping to the top and then clicking VNC.

It would fit between Mark Community Read and Help I think :)
