I like the new grey link bar beneath the navigation. This 2nd link bar would be perfect for custom links.

I do not specifically like it this way, because now there are two search boxes. I think that will create confusion and doesn't fit in IPS' policy to clean up duplicate things :)

Anyways, as it is not shipped, I'm not that much concerned.... :)
