Subscriptions Manager

This application is based off of IP.Subscriptions, originally developed by Invision Power Services, Inc.
Subscriptions Manager is an application that allows you to set up purchasable Subscriptions for your community. You create different types of subscriptions, for different prices and lengths of subscription, use several built-in payment gateways to accept payments, and process payments in a number of different currencies.

Report Bugs and Suggest New Features Here
Please note that as of IP.Board 3.3.0, IP.Nexus is now very aggressive in hijacking URLs for this app and trying to send you to IP.Nexus instead, and it doesn't appear likely to change in future IP.Board/IP.Nexus versions.

Thus, it is very important that if you want to run this app, you need to ensure that you have no 'nexus' folder under your forum's /admin/applications_addon/ips/ directory. The presence of this 'nexus' folder can lead to numerous errors, even if you do not have IP.Nexus installed. Should you encounter any errors with this app, please check for the presence of this folder first.

Micheal i was wondering what bug fixes were in this release.

Also i would like to say thanks also for taking this over.

I had noticed on the current subscriptions i have installed that after someone cancels a payment it allows the subscription to run past the expiry date for some reason!

I would link you to the reports I addressed, but I don't think the bug tracker category for this product on this site is publicly visible anymore. I definitely did not touch anything dealing with what you're describing, though. I have a bug tracker for this on my site, you probably want to report it there:

http://invisionfocus.com/tracker/project-3-subscriptions-manager-bug-reports/

Be sure to include as much detail as you can. I am not all that familiar with the actual functionality of this product, I just know how the IP.Board application framework works in order to update this for IP.Board 3.2. But I will do what I can to work on fixing issues like this.

Ok after upgrading from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3 getting this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method skin_subscriptions_40::copyright() in /mounted-storage/home45c/sub007/sc33267-ZJNH/www/forum/admin/applications_addon/other/subscriptions/modules_public/subscriptions/paysubs.php on line 89

Make sure you have uploaded all of the files for this version of the app, then visit the Look & Feel -> Template Tools section of your Admin CP. From there, in the "Rebuild Master Skin Data" section, check off the boxes for "Rebuild HTML" & "Rebuild CSS" on the left side, then the "Subscriptions Manager" box on the right, then click the Rebuild button below that. Finally, rebuild all of your skins using the "Recache Skin Sets" tool at the top of that Template Tools page.

All that should show there is what would normally show for the Subscriptions app, such as what subscription packages are available. I didn't change that page at all in 1.0.3.

The settings for this app can be found by going to its entry on the Manage Apps page in the Admin CP, there is a Settings item added on the left.

Really, this should not have been this hard to update, nearly nothing changed between version 1.0.2 and 1.0.3.

Again, make sure you have uploaded all files, then visit the Manage Applications & Modules page of the Admin CP and click the "Recache Apps & Modules" button. That should make sure your application menus are rebuilt with the correct links to show this link to the settings page.

Ok i figured it out why it was not showing.......when i created a new subscription package ''test package'' it showed. So i created new packages based on the previous packages i had.

Only the Active Transactions and Expired Transactions are not connected to the packages i had.

I am new with IPBoard and I need to install this app. Where I can get some instructions on how to install and configure the app?

To answer your install question:

Upload(by FTP or something simular) the ALL files in IP.Subscriptions to: public_html/.../ or if you got a folder that your forum are installed..

eg: public_html/test/test.com

Go to Admin Panel, go to; Manage Applications & Modules page on the left menu, almost at the bottom; click on that, then
If you do not have the app installed, go to the bottom, and innstall it :) after install, click on the; Manage Applications & Modules link, and click Recache Apps & Modules button at the top :)

If you do, like michael says: go to Manage Applications & Modules page and click on the "Recache Apps & Modules" buttonat the top/ or if you see on the list; Upgrade Avaliable, click on that :)

But what do I upload? Inside of the Upload file that I downloaded there are two folders, one called admin and the other called public. Where do I upload those two folders?
