Can Do this? or Can Do that?

By making the text of these options written in the positive action it makes it much easier to mentally quantify the actions being taken, its a boolean toggle. Turn ON or OFF the function when the initial verb is the negative action if seems like a double negative.

These seem Negative to me:
Remove Status Update ability? Yes /No
Remove Status Import Ability? Yes / No

Perhaps:
Can Update Status ( Yes / No )
Can Import Status ( Yes / No )

OR

Status Update Ability ( Enabled / Disabled )
Status Import Ability ( Enabled / Disabled )

Also
Disable Members of this group from editing their signatures?
possibly
Enable Members of this group from editing their signatures?

More Examples:
Enable Tagging
Enable Prefix

I'd think that this would certainly be the more logical approach. Although I think it'd be "Enable Members of this group to edit their signatures?", to be a tad more clear. I'd support this though.
