Request: Make a setting for number of files allowed for the Flash-Uploader

Hey IPS Team,

like the flash uploader. what i don't like is the 10 files per upload limit.
I know that i can edit the ips.attach.js and ips.gallery_uploader.js file in the public/js folder and modify this, but it would be much more consistant and convinient to have this as a regular setting within the ACP.

It's been changed to 100 in Gallery for 3.2. If we get no issues, we'll change it in IP.Board too.
