I have tested this file and it does work, please stop reporting it as broken. Yes, it can time out when you try to import it depending on your PHP settings. But that is not an issue with this file, that is an issue with the way IP.Board handles language imports. It would be better if there were a way IPS could make the language importer do this so it wouldn't time out, but that is a suggestion that needs made to IPS. Files in the Marketplace should only be reported as broken if they themselves are broken, and this one is not.
