rsyvarth Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 Creating subdomains like that would require additional server setup (making a wildcard subdomain to catch all) and is just really practical. Also, most forums are in a sub directory on the site (eg. url.com/forum/ ) and this approach wouldn't work well for those sites.
