I have just purchased an ipb forum license....all went great....then I tried to open a topic here with my username / pass from my client area : does not workTried:
forgot my password, email not found / user not found
submitted support ticket - they said to enter user and pass from client area (obviously) - still does not work
emailed the admin of these forums - no response
My account does not work for both client area and these forums, can someone please check the issue please?

I believe they need to confirm the purchase was made (payment went through etc). Also this is a weekend, which means there is less sales staff on all the time.
You should be confirmed as a customer within the first 24 hours of purchase. If you are not confirmed in that time period, you should then send a support request.
Sounds like you need account help which is separate from support. Try using the contact us page on our site to get in touch with accounts department :)
Thanks for the messages guys....sent a contact us message. Awaiting a response.
I will await an official response or fix.
