Strange Error: Cannot login or visit forum

I get that message whenever i visit a forum, http://www.vibrantfx.net
I have been getting this message for a week now, EVERY time i visit the site. I cannot log in or access any pages.
I have deleted my cookies, purged all browser data, reinstalled browsers(have tried accessing on several different computers, and browsers)
It seems like its an IP ban, I can access the forum at starbucks or on a different IP, but I am not IP banned, I am part of the staff team
I would really appreciate some help with this. Other admins have no idea what happened or why I cannot access the forum :(

It looks like you have been IP banned by the hosts Administrator, I can access it just fine, see bellow:



Contact the hosts Admin and ask why you are IP banned, and/or they can remove the ban.
