There is no .png file needed. Please just wait for an answer to your question instead of immediately reporting the file as broken.

ok but its loaded and there is no way of anyone knowing that its there or what not is why i did cus i mean it doesnt show ??

Well, I don't have a shadow.png in rte_icons either, so it shows up as a broken link in the message editor.
