Ticket says resolved, Still can't down load
I can't seem to down load anything in the marketplace
I tried logging out and back in and then again via converge, without any luck. I still have an active board package and hosting with you too. I just checked it says "Expires 10 Jun 2011"
I didn't have the option to respond in the client area, another ticket was submitted :(
You really don't need to post both here and in tickets. We can only help you in tickets for these sort of things :)
